1. Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting unboxing photos or videos.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened perfumes, sprays, or body mists
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you may be required to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
