The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You provide valid proof (unboxing photos/videos) showing the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tested perfumes/body mists/sprays
Products without their original packaging or tampered seals
Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

5. Return Shipping
If approved:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
We will provide you with return instructions and address
If the issue was caused by us (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return cost

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will issue a replacement or a refund based on your preference
Refunds (if applicable) are processed via Stripe within 7–10 business days
