Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and only accepted under specific conditions. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we ensure each product is thoroughly checked before dispatch.


2. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You provide valid proof (unboxing photos/videos) showing the issue


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes/body mists/sprays

  • Products without their original packaging or tampered seals

  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images/videos of the issue

  • Your contact details

Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 2 business days.


5. Return Shipping

If approved:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • We will provide you with return instructions and address

  • If the issue was caused by us (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return cost


6. Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will issue a replacement or a refund based on your preference

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed via Stripe within 7–10 business days
