1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
You received the wrong item
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable if:
The product is used or opened
The product is returned without original packaging
The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
The customer bears the return shipping cost
Unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), in which case we cover the cost
